These are just a few Frequently Asked Questions regarding bow gear and set ups. I especially like the responses to questions #1 and #5.
Again, if you have trouble viewing this, PM me and I'll email it to you... I would have to add to the response to #4... The most likely reason that folks hit their arm with the bow string is a draw length that is too long. Drop the draw length down in 1/2" increments, keeping your bow arm's elbow relaxed and not locked, until you no longer hit your arm... Or better yet, go to a good pro shop and get measured...
